What is the cancellation policy?
We offer a full refund if canceled 30 days prior to the departure date. Cancellations made within
15-29 days are eligible for a 50% refund or full trek voucher. No refunds are provided for
cancellations within 14 days of departure.
Do I need prior experience for high altitude treks?
It depends on the specific trek. We have categorized our treks into Easy, Moderate, and Hard.
